| 2008 Daily Bible Reading Guide |
Bicentennial Kick-Off Event! On Thursday, June 12, 2008 from 11:30am to 2:30pm the PA Bible Society held an event at the Northwestern corner of Washington Square near 7th and Walnut Streets to
help celebrate the kick-off of the Bicentennial! This celebration event included tables of literature
and information about the Bible Society's current ministries and history, and tables of refreshments. The event
was open to the public to build awareness of our presence in the area and to prepare for our Bicentennial on December
12th, 2008! Hundreds of people stopped by our tables over the course of the 3 hours to learn about the Bible Society!

12th, 2008 will mark the 200th Anniversary of the Pennsylvania Bible Society. To help celebrate this momentous occasion,
a committee has been formed being chaired by President Emeritus, Jack C. Briscoe, esq.

celebrating the 200 year anniversary of the Pennsylvania Bible Society! Daily Bible Reading Guides The 2008 Daily Bible Reading Guides (pictured above) are still available while supplies
last. This year's reading guides celebrate the 200 year anniversary of the Pennsylvania Bible Society, the first Bible
Society in America. To join us in this momentous celebration, please contact us (via PHONE, EMAIL, or MAIL) to place your
reading guide orders for either 2008 or preorder for 2009. The guides are distributed FREE OF CHARGE (we only ask that you
pay for shipping).
